Privacy notice, updated Sept. 29, 2026.

The Existentialist Republic operates theer.org. When you join, the site stores your email address, your ZIP code, the form you used and the time, and The Existentialist Republic uses them to email you when a campaign opens in your county or state.

When you report what an official said back, the site stores the state, office, dates, outcome and reply with no name attached, and publishes replies with personal details removed. If you ask for updates, your email address goes on the sign-up list and is stored apart from the report. A report is deleted when you enter its code at theer.org/r.

The Existentialist Republic does not sell personal information or share it for advertising. Email services receive the list only to send the updates you asked for.

The site sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers. Cloudflare hosts the site and processes IP addresses to deliver pages and block attacks. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies, and the site itself stores no IP address. Nothing on the site tracks you across other sites, with or without a Do Not Track signal.

To review or delete your information, write to privacy@theer.org. The site is for people 18 and older. Changes appear here with a new date.
